Description
To install a locking tube, the supplied adapter must first be screwed onto the thread of the piston rod. The tube can then be pushed back over the thread of the adapter and then tightened with the lock nut provided.

Locking tube for 10-23 mm gas spring, 350 mm stroke. A locking tube ensures that the gas spring is locked in the extended position. Ideal for market stalls or other hatches where people are regularly standing underneath.
This locking tube adds 42 mm to the overall length of the gas spring. Therefore, please note that the total length of the gas spring will increase by 42 mm. The 10-23 mm gas spring, 350 mm stroke, including the locking tube, is 787 mm long from thread to thread (the thread length is not included in this measurement).
