Online calculation is excellent despite my calculations being a bit of guesswork, works perfectly.
Quick delivery. Great website which explains and leads you through the process of selecting the right gas spring.
Installed and worked perfectly the first time.
Once I'd got into understanding the on-line tool it was very useful in chosing just the right size of strut...which looks good quality and has been installed .
Very impressed with the website and the ease with which I could find my replacement gas springs.
Delivery of a well wrapped package was quick and simple.
On time and asrequested
Gas spring shop is great as it enables you to calculate the strength you need to do the intended job correctly. Quick delivery and packaged well.
Good website, clear with good functionality for finding the right strut. Great range so I could find an exact replacement.
Easy to use website. Seemingly brilliant graphic calculation tool. Competitive prices. Prompt delivery. Helpful support staff. But... It was supposed to reduce the lifting weight of a kitchen bar flap from 6Kg to to 2Kg. Instead the best result was 5Kg. Spent several days of carpentry moving anchor points up and down and in and out, but it made little difference. I'm a confident DIY person but this defeated me.
Using the app to get the right strut made life easy. It gives you the lengths and angles required for fitting and the strut you need. Next day delivery meant that there was only a day from design to fitting.
Gasspringshop made the choosing and ordering of the correct spring very easy to do. All the measurements are there to see, so there are no questions in your mind as to whether you have the right spring or not. Not the cheapest though!
Yes great web site 5 starr service.
Couldn't have been simpler! I'm a complete novice but like having a tinker on interesting projects, this one involving an 85kg hinged 'lid' on a trailer. Used the online calculator which is brilliant, ordered the gas struts, arrived next day, fitted them to the trailer and amazingly everything worked perfectly... FIVE STAR SERVICE
A good website and great guidance with weight and measurements to buy the right strut. Thank you.
Arrived promptly and were as described
Looking for a replacement for a soft closure fitting and received helpful advice. Directed to the right gas spring for the job which was pleased with item when it arrived the following day. Can't do better than that.
Hard to find gas struts for automatic camper steps were available here, delivery to Ireland was fast and products were perfect on each occasion .
Great website, fast delivery
The staff is very helpful and polite. I will use this company again for sure. I did order the wrong product and the guy on the phone was really helpful and available to exchange it with no fee. Not so many companies like Gasspringshop. Well Done!!
Fast, and easy process.
Great service and great product
I didn't receive an acknowledgement of my order so I sent an email requesting confirmation. An answer came within the our the goods came ten minutes later. They were just what I ordered and worked perfectly. I would recommend them to anyone.
Easy to use site. Made complete sense. Just type in the number off the original part / cross check physical dimensions. Jobs a goodn. Arrived in a couple of working days. My customer over the moon'
Placed order for 2 gas springs for trap door using online calculator.
Printed of fitting instructions.
Gas springs arrived after a couple of days, fitted them as per instructions and they work perfectly.
I was pleased to be able to track down the replacement item i required and delighted it fitted without complication. The only downside was the price of shipping to Belfast. The package was less than one kg yet the cost to ship was steep. Im not sure if this can be looked at in terms of using another courier.
I needed two new gas struts for the bonnet on my motorhome. Quick search using the part number gave me gasspringshop.co.uk and an equivalent part. Easy to order, arrived very quickly and packaged very well.
Unfortunately, the equivalent part isn't exactly an equivalent, the stroke was 5 mm shorter than I needed. I've bodged the bonnet now, just using one new strut one side and an old one the other, the bonnet is held up perfectly, it opens and closes with only a slight struggle and I have a spare that I'll keep forever because I know if I sell it on the new one will go tits up very soon.
